ONLINE REGISTRATION

SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

Incoming Students and Returning Students to JCMS

Dear JCMS Families,

If you have not yet registered your student for the next school year 2021-2022

please do so online.  THERE WILL BE NO IN PERSON REGISTRATION.

  • Go to aps.edu and click on ParentVUE/StudentVUE then select ParentVUE Login  (ParentVUE Video is available).
  • Follow steps on ParentVUE, click on your Synergy Mail and go to Alerts (online enrollment is currently open). Now you can start your online registration.  Make sure to select 2021-2022 school year.
  • Documents that can’t be uploaded may be emailed or faxed to our Registrar. If your device has a camera, you can upload photos of required documents such as proof of residency. You may also drop off documents inside the school entrance (see below for times)
  • Submit your online registration. Once you receive an accepted email you have completed the enrollment.   
  • All parents and students must read and digitally sign the JCMS Student Policies Form: https://forms.gle/YJc5iaSPxVGNhznE7

From 10 am - 2 pm on the following days:

Students with last names A-M on August 9th, 2021

Students with last names N-Z  on August 10th, 2021

 

New to APS: In School Process Only

 

Dear Families,

Registration for new students is August 5th and 6th, from 9am to 12pm.  If you are unable to attend these dates for NEW registration our next available dates and times will start on August 11th from 9 am to 11 am. 

Please bring the following documents:

  • 2 proofs of residency (documents must be under-enrollment parent’s name)
    • Among the documents that will be accepted to establish residency are:
      • Current New Mexico driver's license
      • A deed or mortgage payment receipt, dated within 60 days of enrollment
      • A current lease or housing agreement
      • Current utility bill (PNM and NMGas only), dated within 60 days of enrollment
      • Student Immunization Records
      • Custodial Documentation (if Applicable)
      • Family Living with Family (if Applicable)
      • Student  Birth Certificate
      • IEP/SAT documentation (if Applicable)

Complete registration online forms at school

  • 2021-2022 SY Form
  • Emergency Contact Form
  • LUS (Language Usage Survey)
  • Release of records form (previous school’s address and phone number)
  • ParentVUE account and OLR process
